The One Little Thing Project is about focusing on the positive things in your life. It is about gratitude. It is about achievement. It is about celebration.
It is about changing your life by changing your focus – paying attention to the amazing wonders in your life – even in the face of the problems, disappointment, stress, and weariness.
The only thing you are required to do is to write down at least one good thing that happened each day – something that made you smile, something that you are grateful for, something you achieved, something you celebrated or cherished. It MUST be something positive stated in a positive manner. It doesn’t have to be something big – just one little thing is enough.
